Mary Dillon, Chief Executive Officer

Mary was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2013. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, she was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of U.S. Cellular since June 2010. From 2005 to 2010, Mary served as Global Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President for McDonald's Corporation. Prior to joining McDonald's, she held various positions at PepsiCo, including President of the Quaker Foods division. Mary serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Starbucks Corporation and previously served on the board of Target Corporation from 2007 to 2013.

Scott Settersten, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary

Scott was named Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary in March 2013, after serving as Acting Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary since October 2012. Previously, Scott served as Vice President of Accounting since 2010 and was responsible for accounting, tax, external reporting and investor relations. He joined Ulta Beauty in January 2005 as a Director of Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Scott spent 15 years with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP as a certified public accountant serving in various senior manager roles in the assurance and risk management practices.

Jeff Childs, Chief Human Resources Officer

Jeff Childs was named Chief Human Resource Officer in October 2013. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at U.S. Cellular after joining as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2004. From 2001 to 2004, he was President and Owner of Childs Consulting Services. Previously, he served from 1979 to 2001 in a variety of human resources, marketing, sales, and operations roles at AT&T, including Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Services.

David Kimbell, Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer

Dave was named Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer in March 2015 after having previously served as Chief Marketing Officer since February 2014. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, he was Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President at U.S. Cellular since February 2011. From 2008 to 2011, David served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Seventh Generation, a producer of environmentally friendly household and baby care products. Prior to that from 2001 to 2008, David held various positions at PepsiCo, Quaker Food Division, including Vice President of Marketing. David held a number of marketing roles for several brands at The Procter and Gamble Company from 1995 to 2001.

Jodi Caro, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Jodi Caro was named General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in August 2015. Prior to joining ULTA Beauty, she was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Integrys Energy Group, in addition to holding the role of Integrys’ Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer. Prior to joining Integrys in 2008, Jodi owned and operated her own law practice, which provided general counsel and corporate services to clients ranging from established multi-million dollar companies to medium and small early-stage enterprises. Prior to opening her law practice in 2006, she was co-founder and General Counsel of Looking Glass Networks, a privately held, facilities-based telecommunications company, and served as an in-house attorney with MCI/WORLDCOM.

Derek Hornsby, Chief Supply Chain Officer

Derek was named Chief Supply Chain Officer in September 2015, after serving as Senior Vice President, Supply Chain since September 2013 and after joining Ulta Beauty as Vice President, Distribution and Logistics in November 2012. Derek previously held the position of Regional Director, Distribution Services for Target Corporation, where he served in various positions in supply chain operations since 2001. Prior to joining Target Corporation, Derek began his career in supply chain management at International Truck and Engine.

Diane Randolph, Chief Information Officer

Diane Randolph was named Chief Information Officer in September 2014. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, she was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Reitmans (Canada) Limited, Canada’s largest specialty apparel retailer with nearly 900 stores. From 2005 to 2007, Diane served as Director, Merchandise Business Process at Reitmans. From 2003 to 2004, Diane served as an independent consultant for a number of retailers, providing strategic and tactical counsel on initiatives ranging from new concept start-up to warehouse implementation. Previously, she spent 25 years in roles of increasing responsibility at NSB/STS Systems (now Epicor), a leading supplier of retail software and professional services. Her roles at NSB/STS Systems included Vice President of Software Development.

Kecia Steelman, Chief Store Operations Officer

Kecia was named Chief Store Operations Officer in September 2015, after serving as Senior Vice President, Store Operations since July 2014. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Kecia was Group Vice President at Family Dollar Corporation from 2011 to 2014, after joining the company in 2009 as Vice President, Store Development and Store Operations. From 2005 to 2009, she was Vice President, General Manager of Expo Design Center, Home Depot Design Center and YardBIRDs and Director of New Store Innovations at the Home Depot Corporation. She began her career at Target Corporation, and served in a variety of retail operations and merchandising roles with increasing responsibility from 1993 to 2005.
